A "Save As" dialog will appear. Click the up-arrow folder icon
until it appears gray and "Desktop" is the present location. Click the "Save" button. This will begin the download of the installer.
NOTE: It is recommend you save any work in other applications BEFORE continuing. As this installation procedure may require you to restart your computer.
Upon the completion of the download, double-click on the "FC8325US.EXE" icon which will appear on your desktop. This will launch the installer program. Please follow along the install prompts.
NOTE: You may be asked to restart your computer to complete the installation process. Please do so to complete the installation of the FirstClass 8.3 Client
When the Login screen appears, simply enter your user ID and password and click Login.
NOTE: We strongly discourage saving your password.
Saving passwords usually results in a forgotten password, and it will allow anyone with access to your computer to login to your account. Please do not click "Save" when there is a password (displayed as asterisks) entered into the password field.
